Este es el cuento que nos ha contado Irene:

THE PERFECT FACE

1. CONTEXTO:

Este cuento está dirigido para niños de a partir de 1-2 años, las actividades relacionadas ya variaran y se adaptarán según la edad en la que estemos.

La actividad a realizar está pensada para niños más de 2-3 años ya que es en esta etapa en la que tiene desarrollada su capacidad simbólica.

Este cuento y esta actividad se trabajarán en el momento en el que la unidad de trabajo sean los sentimientos, y las emociones.

2. OBJETIVOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD:

- Iniciarse en el mundo de la lectura, así como aumentar el gusto por ella.

- Desarrollar su imaginación

- Mejorar su capacidad de atención

- Aumentar su destreza tanto en la motricidad fina, como en la gruesa.

- Aprender nuevo vocabulario en lengua inglesa y repasar el vocabulario que ya conocen.

3. TEMPORALIZACIÓN:

El cuento se realizaría en el aula, a la hora que se tenga establecido para los cuentos. Y después se realizaría la actividad.

4. TEXTO DEL CUENTO:

Once upon a time there was a paper boy that didn’t have a face. He was perfectly cut and painted in his body but his face wasn’t.

But he had a pencil in his hand, so he could choose his face. He was lucky!

He was asking to all people:

How is the perfect face?

A face with a big beak! – Answered the birds

No, no, without beak – Said trees - The prefect face is with a lot leaves.

Forget the beak and the leaves – Said the flowers – If you want have got a perfect face, you’ll fill it with colors.

He painted all that they said. But when the paper boy painted the beak, the leaves and the colours, it turned out that nobody liked that face. And now to see who was doing!

And thinking that he had lost the opportunity to have a perfect face, the paper boy every day was crying. - I just wanted a face he liked everyone!Said he - and look what a mess!

One day a small cloud heard his complaints and went to talk to him.

Hi paper boy! I think I can help you! I am a cloud and I have no way, I can put the face you want to find one that you like. Sure we can fix a little!

The paper boy loved the idea, and the cloud made all kinds of faces. But not perfect enough. - No matter!, said the paper boy. You've been a great friend.

And he gave a big hug cloud from side to side smiled, happy to have helped. Then, at that moment, the paper boy said. - That! That's the face I want! Is it a perfect face!

What have you said? Asked the cloud - But if I have not done anything...

Would we go! That is you get when I give you a hug or tickle you...

The cloud realized at last that he meant his big smile. And together they took the pen to draw a smile that happened 10 times above beaks, leaves and colors.

And of course, that face was what everyone liked.

Because it had the secret ingredient of perfect faces: A big smile that never dissapear!

5. METODOLOGÍA:

Se contará el cuento, ayudándose de la participación de los niños que interactuarán con lo necesario para el desarrollo correcto del cuento.

6. ACTIVIDADES:

Después de contar el cuento, se les pedirá que realicen un dibujo con la cara que ellos creen que es la perfecta, y así desarrollar la imaginación, la creatividad y la memoria.

7. VOCABULARIO CONCRETO QUE SE QUIERE ENSEÑAR:

El vocabulario de este cuento es muy amplio y la mayoría de las palabras no las entenderán, las más sencillas para que a esta edad aprendan son:

- Nube (cloud)

- Muñeco de papel (Paper Boy)

- Pico (beak)

- Hojas (leaves)

8. VOCABULARIO QUE SE QUIERE REPASAR:

En estas edades, todavía desconocen mucho vocabulario por lo que la mayoría tendrían que aprenderlo desde el principio. Algunas de las palabras que podrían conocer son:

- Colores (colors) (naranja-orange/ amarillo- yellow/rosa-pink/Verde-green)

- Sonrisa (smile)

- Cara (face)

9. MATERIALES NECESARIOS:

Para realizar el cuento, se ha utilizado bastante material muy variado como por ejemplo:

- Cartón

- Rotuladores

- Ceras manley

- Tizas

- Cartulinas

- Tijeras/cutter

- Pegamento
